I agree that keeping spam down is a high priority, but allowing some general quotes like a new teak deck cost the last owner of a 40 foot loa, 13 ft beam boat 24000, would be helpful to anyone that is interested. That would include most of us, teak deck or not, as the cost of things related to boats is usually of interest to us.
