The right glue for the pvc tender in Fiji

Hi all,
Our dingy has a big hole where the original glue went off. We have fixed it a couple of times with different glues but nothing really worked for a long time. Some where awesome but hard an when we deflated and packed the tender together for a big crossing the glue broke. All soft glues where not strong enough. I know there is amazing two component glue but we never managed to get this. By now the original glue to the left and right came off even more so we are looking to fix 40-50 cm. Has anyone a good recommendation of glue you can get in hardware stores? Cause here in Savusavu the only boatshope is out of stock of 2 component glue .

Shower pan liners are flexible PVC (vinyl) fabric , so the liner cement might be compatible with other flexible PVC materials.

RH Adhesives #HH-66 PVC Vinyl Cement
