Thru Hull holes

I am replacing an aging and failing Raymarine system on my Catalina with new B&G Triton series for W/S/D. For the S/D I was hoping that current thru hole would work but not to be. Question is can I take off current thru Hull setting and replace with B&G sleeve or should I create new hole? There are already 3 holes in access area, two for current transducers and one for air conditioning. Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated.
