Trilux not working

Am in NE and just had to have my boat hauled after being in the water for about 8 weeks.

Prior to launch, after scraping all the barnacles off my saildrive and prop, and some loving sanding, I decided to use Trilux 33 which is supposed to be better than regular bottom paint.

See pic. Bottom looked good, but prop and saildrive, just horrible.

I was speaking to the yard manager who said there is a newer invasive species of barnacle that is resistant. Not sure about this, but clearly the Trilux isn't doing it's job. Not sure what everyone else is doing about their saildrives and props, but would love to know.
