Ultrasonic antifouling

I keep my boat in a marina surrounded by mangroves in Florida and wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with ultrasonic antifouling devices in those conditions?

Certainly like the idea of this product if it works. Also is there any sound or vibration in the cabin? Can you mount it near the keel area?
