Underwater Windows - anyone got them ?

Does anyone have underwater windows installed, and if so can they give details of manufacturer, materials, and location ?

I suspect tempered laminated glass is probably the best option for strength and to avoid scratches. I am planning an aluminium boat, so the frame / mount would need to be aluminium also, unless there was a reliable alternative (ceramic, grp ?)

To clarify, I am considering construction of an aluminium sailing catamaran of 40-50 foot length, so the underwater windows would need to be small and light, with minimal impact to boat speed.

I am thinking maybe round portholes, 20cm diameter, possibly mounted on the stern facing down ?
