Unknown age rigging should I?

New Project, My first saltwater vessel retrofit, Hi I am sure wishing to run for a shakedown but I know my last appraiser would not approve our unknown 13 yr+ rigging basically unknown, for our normal 22-25 mph windage around Corpus Christi Bay area. pic
How sure could I be for just a little run.
I can sure my back stay for a safety right?

Pay a local rigger to do a rig inspection. Hang with him and learn what to look out for.
