Waltz RSL Radar Mount Rebuild

Hello, I'm curious if anyone has a manual or other rebuild information for the Waltz RSL Radar Mount? The seal between the shaft and the box is leaking. I've removed set screws from where I assume the shaft enters the stainless steel tube. However, I can't seem to separate the shaft from the tube. Before I get mid-evil on it I just wanted to see if anyone had rebuilt a unit before and could let me know if separating the unit from the radar mount itself is required.
