I’ve been curious what everyone would say is your problem. I have the same problem. My boat is a 2018 and I’m guessing but, from the factory it has a small bilge pump up in the v-berth. I at first didn’t understand why a bilge pump would there. But and I’m guessing again I think it’s for the condensation that builds up in there. I sleep a lot in the v-berth and I’m thinking it’s from that.

Good luck on your hunt, but could it be as simple as condensation

the compression post or the boot on the cabin top is a likely candidate.

Re: Water in the foreword berth compartment

I spent months chasing rain water leaks in my Catalina 30.

Is is AMAZING how much water can enter through a single leaking screw through the deck.

I suggest sitting inside the boat during a heavy rain to detect the leak(s).

You can try spraying water from a garden hose, however for some reason I found that rain is more persuasive (opportunistic?) in finding the tiniest of opportunities to sneak into the boat.

Cheers.

Re: Water in the foreword berth compartment

You are on a boat. taste the water. It will be fresh and it's condensation.
Ventilate the compartment!
