What do you call a gas stove inspector?

I need my Atlantic gas stove, gas lines and tank checked. I am at a major marina in Vigo Spain and NO ONE knows who does such a service. Another boater told me there are such people who pressure test the lines etc.

What are they called and where do I find one?

A Plumber or Gas Fitter can do the job of evaluating and repairing any issues.
