ok, will look into that but i will post this photos of bottom job before any work done. there really wasn't that many bad spots and it indeed the was "out gassing" then i would assume this would have been taking place before and the bottom during the haul out survey didn't catch surveyor or my eye.

Could be either. I’ve heard of primer coats splitting. It looks like whatever they put on is gone. Yikes !

My son who was on his boat in Ensenada for a few months said stray dock power is out of control.
