what type of buffer?

since spring is around the corner. I will be getting ready to shine my hull. I was at home depot and noticed this buffer
Ryobi 10 In. Orbital Buffer - RB101 at The Home Depot

is this any good? would this do the job in waxing the boat. they also make a 6"

Ryobi makes really cheap tools...as in not very durable. I have a 7 inch Makita orbital sander/polisher that has lasted me for over 12 years through many many haulouts.

It not cheap but its not going to break either.
