Thanks for all the replies.

I’m hoping that it is not cored below this plate, but I have found one suggestion elsewhere that it is :\

I don’t see nuts below deck that connect to these fasteners. Would it even be possible they are simply threaded in to wood/fiberglass? Seems it would be too weak… Hmmm

Could have an imbedded tapped metal plate?
Monohull?
