I have similar windows. Didn’t read entire thread. Have many screws around perimeter. Did a bunch of math to calculate hole size in polycarbonate. Ran a strip of starboard on inside to cover large holes in poly. Works great

All is working now with the H channel in between.

No more warping and the windows expand and contract within the channels.
