It's been falling apart last 55 yrs. They drive pre revolution cars bcs they are considered as "free ownership" so no permits needed to buy one like if you want a newer one. The "goverment cars" only are bounded to pick up hitchhikers. They are the only nation in the the western hemisphere where all people love the US of A without a question. They do need help and me too hopes they get it soon.
