The list of qualifying countries has expanded. But you still need an address in the UK. An agent can do this for you - the one we selected charges a one-off £150 fee to act as owner’s agent forever.

Be aware that although you need to provide an address in the UK, you can make arrangements to have all mail sent elsewere.. Hence it is easy to recruit an agent because there is no work for the agent to do..
