Oh that's just a typical middle class little home here in Miami. Not sure who lives there. There are so many like it it's hard to keep track.

This is a view of the "Barge". As you can see it's really more of an island dressed up to look like a ceremonial barge.

His brother built another estate a few miles south on the coast of Biscayne Bay. Both are owned by the county and open to the public.
