Caymen Island Survey in South Florida

I wish to move a motor yacht from US to Cayman Island registry. I understand I need a Certificate of Survey and a Tonnage Certificate. Does anyone know where I can get this done in the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area? And what I can expect for the cost?
