Crewed charter insurance

My husband and I planning to hire a crewed charter in the Society Islands with our kids in March. The contract the charter company sent over is rather short and doesn't mention insurance at all.

I assume we should not sign unless they include insurance terms? We chartered once before in Greece and there were clauses both about the owner's insurance and the charterer's liability.

Thanks for advice on this,

Cate
