Customs regulations

I'm planning a 2 week bareboat charter to the
Winward Islands next November.
What is the correct way of dealing with customs ?
Whe are planning to sail from Le Marin, Martinique southbound with stopovers in St Lucia, St-Vincent and Canouan and then sail back to Le Marin.

Thanks,

Koen

You will have contact with customs and immigration at least twice for each country (island) you visit; once upon entry and once upon exit. The best method of informing yourself is by using the pages at Noonsite: The global site for cruising sailors for clearing details on each country.

I highly recommend that you buy a copy of Chris Doyles's Cruising Guide to the Windward Islands. Your charter boat will undoubtedly have a copy aboard, but having it in advance will allow you the fun and anticipation of planning your trip in advance. Of course, your plans will likely change once you get there and experience the real thing!

Interesting that you've selected St. Vincent and Canouan as destinations in SVG. Have you thought about Bequia, Mayreau, or the Tobago Cays?

I have Chris Doyles's Cruising guide. We'll try to combine lot's of sailing with some diving ( Bequia ? ). Any suggestions or must sees are appreciated.
