Document Agent for USGC Reg Boat - Purchase
My 3rd post about purchase (private sale) of a USCG reg boat in EU waters.

Sent owner a standard pre-owned boat contract. Owners don't like it. Owners sent back a vaguely worded, non standard format contract, that I don't like.

It's getting more nerve racking. Just found out boat is owned by a Trust in USA.

Can anyone recommend or know of document Agents in USA, who could handle this purchase/sale?

Note: I'm not really interested in hiring lawyers. I have brought and sold boats before.
