Exit document form download

Where can I get an exit and entry form to download and fill out? Is it specific to each country or is there a general form I can use? What other forms should I download to fill out?

Different ships, different long splices.

Replace 'ships' with 'jurisdictions'.

Specific to each country. Often filled out in their presence as you exit/enter. Sometimes needs to be filled out online prior to arrival. Check with each country before you depart for it.

The best practice is to have a binder with copies of everything you will need, ships document, crew lists, copies of passports, etc. so that you can fill them out quickly on the spot.
