First Charge laid under Wrecked, Abandoned and Hazardous Vessels Act

5 years after being passed, the Canadian Coast Guard has laid its first charge under this Act:

Interesting, thanks. Always a tricky subject, especially considering that, often, owners of derelict boats have no money at all (let alone to pay towing / fines etc.)
