How to get Passport stamped out leaving Netherlands

We are USA boat sailing in The Netherlands. We have searched, and not finding out how to formally leave the Schengen area when we sail to the UK. We need to make sure we get logged out so we don't overstay our 90/180 day limit when we return in a month.
We are likely leaving from a port of entry.
