Import from China to Mexico?

I need to check if somebody has imported any items from China to Mexico?
I'm thinking of ordering a bunch of flexible solar panels, but I know there is a lot of regulations when it comes to import into Mexico.

Right now we are struggling getting a trampoline from France for our trimaran, due classified as textile and above 1000 USD (1100 USD)

When we move oilfield equipment into Mexico we employ a shipping/customs agent that moves the equipment from Laredo to Nuevo Laredo. They know the ins and outs of the system, and what documentation is required.

have you tried looking for the items in mexico?? you willbe surprised what is available here, even solar panels. yes there are actual companies in mexico selling solar panels. amazingly new concept. they have been in mexico fo rover 7 years, so far.
i saw in puerto vallarta solar panel stores.
for efficiency and expediency you might want to explore this option.

Yes I have looked for it...and the price is 5 x higher than what I would pay from China. ...And I need about 1200 watt of flexible ones.

Re: Import from China to Mexico?

You didn't say where you are in Mexico. If you want direct import to Mexico, my company goes through the port of Manzanillo. There are many customs brokers who can help:

Or you can come to the US and then go through Laredo as mentioned above, or one of the other crossings, but my company uses Laredo / Nuevo Laredo for US to Mexico.

Import from China to Mexico?

A friend of mine for his business importing goods from China gets supported by: AGENCIA ADUANAL GUILLEMIN :: HAGAMOS NEGOCIOS.
I can help with translation and support if needed.

I think FedEx and DHL may also have support for the import process.

Regards,

Victor
