Insurance in the Med! Recommendations?

Since this website has proven to be a super resource for getting suggestions, I will ask for yet more!

Can any of you salts recommend an insuring agent in/for the Mediterranean? Should we look to the UK, for example? We have coverage for the usual 100 nautical miles off the east coast, (starting from NY once we get down the Hudson) and figure no-one else will cover us for the crossing.

But, as of the Azores etc...we'd certainly like coverage again. We plan to spend a year in the Mediterranean, mainly Turkey but really anywhere that looks good, either coast.

What do you say?
