Italian De-listing

Hi All:

Wife and I parted ways. I got the boat. Problem is she had it registered in the UK under the SSR. I don't qualify and when I tried they sent me a letter asking me to prove I qualified.

I would like to get it Coastguard Documented but I can't seem to get the paperwork from the previous owner that it has been delisted from the Italian Registry. Does anyone out there know how to get proof that the boat is de listed from the Italian registry?
