FYI - A notice was published Jan 2 in the Federal Register (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2014...2013-31378.pdf) regarding NOAA's changes to nautical chart printing and distribution. Be sure to read the supplementary information in the notice that outlines the options being proposed, which NOAA would like to receive feedback. Deadline for comments is Feb 3 and they can be submitted by mail or online at: http://nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/inquiry.
