grantmc Registered User Join Date: Jul 2013 Location: home town Wellington, NZ and Savusavu Fiji Boat: Reinke S10 & Raven 26 Posts: 1,337	Sad news from Freemantle where STS Leeuwin crushed Here's a link to an ABC report of the collision by the container ship Maersk Shekou swiping the Leeuwin as she was under tow by 4 tugs. Leeuwin was tied up at the her berth outside the Maritime Museum. Fortunately the two crew on board were only moderately injured. Tall ship Leeuwin has been a wonderful site in Perth for both locals and tourists alike. And many have sailed on her. She's been especially popular for school kids. Sad news indeed.
