Question South African Passport Holders

HI All,

Can anyone tell me what the requirements are regarding visas for South African passport holders regarding visiting BVI, US Islands, French islands etc?

Do you need to apply for the necessary visa's before hoand or can you get them on arrival?

Help?

The US visa waiver website will help you with US requirements. Don't know about the others.

Re: South African Passport Holders

I can only tell you the rules if you fly in. sailing in should be the same
each country has a consultate which can advise you. generally the dependent territories track the home country
for South African nationals
bahamas up to 3 months
BVI no visa up to 30 days
US virgins need a US visa
st kitts no visa up to 3 months
st lucia 6 weeks
st vincent 1 month
antigua 1 month
as far as I can see, you need a visa for the dutch islands and for the french islands you need a visa or shengen with a french west indies endorsement

Not necessarily true. The US Visa Waiver program is only applicable to scheduled, commercial carriers. Private craft with citizens from just about anywhere in the world need a B1/B2 visa to enter the United States.

Not relevant. South Africans are not eligible for the visa waiver program.

Re: South African Passport Holders

You are correct. I should have quoted Blue Stocking's post above.
