If anyone here were an Ironworker setting steel on a hi rise skyscraper would you want the crane operator smoking weed? (lol)

I think he's giving the lady the opportunity to be a guest on a boat, and perhaps engage in mutually satisfying biological urges, not drive a crane??

Ive probably sailed more high miles that anyone here except B61--I dont rec it. So a 50ft new rigged catamaran goes out for a test sail and the owner gets incapacitated and the lady crew lights up. Nothing to see here. At least its not the speed stuff. lol

If you are not supplying her I wouldn't worry about the legality of it. You are not planning on leaving and coming into the country correct.
What does her attractiveness have to do with it?

Sure she is self medicating? Might have an rx for it.

Ah. You have a misunderstanding of the situation. Now I get it.

As is typically the case, she is not crew. Just a passenger. Just about everyone I take out doesn’t know how to sail. She doesn’t know the first thing about boats.

I single hand no matter if I am alone or if I am with a big group of people on my boat.

Seems like it’s always been that way since day one for me. I am the sailing person. Everybody else is the person enjoying the time, working on their tan, etc.

So, if I were to die, which I doubt I will, she can just call for a pick up. It’s not like we’re in the middle of nowhere. We’re in a major city in Florida. You know where.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiple_sclerosis

I just happened to be 40yrs ahead of your esteemed FDA..
Spasticity is one of the typical symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS)(1). This condition also causes tightness or stiffness of the muscles, often affecting the legs (calf or thigh), groin, and buttocks.
Cannabinoids may alleviate symptoms such as spasticity and chronic pain(2).
The autoimmune encephalomyelitis model of multiple sclerosis assessed CBD‘s anti-inflammatory capabilities(3). The findings of this research support the notion that CBD may aid in managing EAE (experimental allergic encephalitis) by generating immunosuppressive elements.

If you wanna spend some time with this gal, move up to where she lives and go hang out for a week. This solves two problems at once....no drugs on your boat and some frolicking to boot, without you stepping over the line and endangering your boat, etc

I personally don't buy this "medical need" for dope, call it what it is...an addiction...no different than smoking cigarettes.

Keep us posted as to how this saga unfolds....there is a book here somewhere !!

Cigarettes are physically addictive pot isn’t

If she had a medical marijuana card in a medical marijuana state I doubt Chotu would have started this thread.

um.....were I go sail with you, I might have to have a shot at taking the wheel from you, y'know what I'm sayin'......

I'll let you stand beside me though....but not too close...let me at it...

That’s true! When we have the “thank you sail”, I can kick back and relax with all the other actual sailors that will be aboard.

Luxury!!!

And we probably won’t use the autohelm at all. Everyone can hand steer to see how it is.

Damn.. you Yanks claim everything...
She was actually the RMS Titanic and owned by the White Star Line and British registered, built by Harland and Wolf in Belfast.
To Biden that likely makes it as American as he is Irish..
J P Morgan owned shares in the W. S. L so I guess that's the somewhat tenuous claim to USS Titanic.
