What papers are need?

I am super happy for it, but it is only small boat registary, so it got some limitation. But for me, it is so much better than no paper. Now with the registration in place I can finly get my VHS call sign. So maybe I will be ready for this long trip next summer?

Maybe I was smiling too soon. Now the boat is registared in the smll boat registary, and I will in a day or two recive the documents and som registration numbers I can put on the boat.
Then my contact in the Holland registary asked if I was still interested, and I informed him about my registary in Norway and got this replay:

Better double check that this document is valid outside Norway and in what country’s it has been accepted.


In Holland for example we have the RDW yacht registration.


This is ONLY valid in our country and has no valid whatsoever outside the country.


Quite a lot of yacht owners got problems abroad because of this and what first looked like a cheap solution became extremely expensive.

So maybe this is only valid in Norway? But it might prof ownership and some sort of regitration in Norway. Who could I ask to find out where this is accepted? Maybe the small boat registary in Norway knows about this?
