Yacht Insurance

Wondering who/what people are using for Yacht Insurance for greater than 30 year old sailboats traveling outside US waters (Bahamas and Caribbean). Geico/ Boat US apparently not underwriting these anymore.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Yacht Insurance

We've found the Gowrie Group to be quite capable.

Re: Yacht Insurance

I ended up with a broker who arranges customized contracts - not cheap but I have insurance as required by all of the marinas in my area. PM me if you want contact info. or just ask a broker wherever you are. My boat is 40 yr old and steel - 2 strikes against it according to Geico, Progressive, etc.
