Anyone wintered in Marina di Regusa Sicily?

Hi we are thinking of wintering in Marina di Regusa in Sicily, with a view of staying on board. I wondered if anyone else had wintered here or knew the marina and are there enough facilities in walking reach of the marina. We wintered last year in Valencia & although we could not fault the Marina for security, berths etc we found the down side was that the nearest restaurant was a 3 mile cycle & the nearest convenience store was 8 mile cycle. The pilot books & web page for Regusa are promising various shops etc but I get the impression they were plans & not actually up & running and with the economic situation at the moment I wondered if they were ever completed.
