In search of DIY marina/boatyard Melbourne to Ft. Pierce FL

I am about to inspect an older 42 foot ketch located near Melbourne FL and possibly purchase it. I would like to have it hauled out for a survey at a nearby boatyard then if I purchase it, keep it hauled out for a few months before going back in the water. I am looking for suggestions for boatyards and marinas in this area. I have heard anything south of Ft. Pierce gets expensive and anywhere north of Daytona Beach can get a bit 'cold' during the winter. Any help greatly appreciated!
