leaving sailboat in Rome on the hard

I want to leave my sailboat (Ovni 435) from half of august 2015 till may 2016 near Rome on the hard. Does anyone have suggestions were this is possible for a reasonable price and in a safe place?

On Fiumara there are plenty of little shipyard where you can haul the boat up. I don't know which is cheaper/better. Here you can have find some:

I have leaved my boat on the last years for the winter on the hard on Gestinautica in Fiumicino at 2kms to the Fiumicino Airport. It is cheap and calm No thefts till know and they have a permanent guard.
