Hello,

I'm a french sailor.

I plan to go to Miami from Guadeloupe in Caribean.

Does any one know a cheap marina near Miami wher I can leave my boat for few months ?

Thanks to all.

I'll ask first for your draft and required vertical clearance because the best prices are upriver from fixed bridges or without deep water access.

cheap is a relative term but i'd suggest the moorings at coconut grove(?) or go to marathon in the keys, take a mooring for $275/mo, rent a car and leave it at the airport when you fly home ( no drop-off fee). i can't think of a cheaper ($10/day) way to keep your boat in a safe hurricane hole in florida.

The new moorings at Dinner Key Marina are $18.00 per night, not sure what the monthly and long term rates are, with shoreside amenities. They will only allow up to 40 feet, but will fudge it a bit to 42 feet. WG
