I have a single slip (docks on both sides) in Marina Cortez our slip fee is about $500 per month. Which is on Harbor island. My boat is a 32 foot Hunter.

I agree 60 deg day and 50 at night looks really good right about no with snow in the forcast. I checked the web site from Mission bay and they want about $550 with utilities for a 35 ft slip.
