How about the Jolly Sailor, Bursledon, Hampshire, on the Hamble River, England? Or the legendary Folly Inn on the Medina River, Isle of Wight, above Cowes?

Bahrain Yacht Club - amazing prawn curry and pint of Caffrey's after a three to four day voyage from Kuwait! (Don't forget, we have a long, long dry spell before we leave Kuwait!)

Little place called Muddcat Charlie's Bar and Grill, at two-way-Marina off the georgia ICW, best dam burgers I've ever had too.

Just don't believe them when they tell you wallmart's only a mile over the bridge. There's a piggly wiggly about five miles over, never went farther

Does anybody know if Nimrod's Bar (as in "Crossing the Bridge") is still in operation in Grenada? I think I remember drinking agricultural rum out of an old paint can there one fine afternoon.

The Sands, also in Barra.

I love Barra. Canucks in Mazatlan used to be popular, it was sold and a consortium of patrons took it over. I don't know if it survived or not.

Hoovers in Newport OR
Blue Moon Saloon, end of Redondo Beach pier.. unfortunately fell into the drink during a storm around 1982-3. Fell in love there one night and it lasted for almost 10 years!
Big Bad John's in Victoria, BC... spiders on strings fall out of the ceiling controlled by the bartender.
All the Barra bars
All great memories! Capt Phil

Used to enjoy 'LAL's BAR', Sint Maarten...
for the Samosa's and Tikka's with Naan's... and his great collection of music....
Hear he's moved due to expansion of the airport...
But whereever he is now... if you enjoy spicey Tapas thats the place to go...

"THE BOATHOUSE'' Not open to the public, but it's my favorite spot (where I keep my boat). Coldest beer in Halifax, pull your boat right up out front!! Any one passing by Halifax this season send me a PM and drop by for a cold one.
