Brest.

Where can I find a map of the Brest Festival of the Sea with directions where to berth or anchor? The basin is full for this event. [I have a classic boat].

This is the English page of the Festival website: Brest 2012 - Fête maritime internationale - Les Tonnerres de Brest

If you can't get a berth with the Festival, you could try Brest marinas:
- "Marina du Château", downtown, close to the entrance to the naval base:
Tel.+33 (0) 2 98 33 12 50 Fax : +33 (0) 2 29 00 44 75 E-mail : chateau@marinasbrest.fr

- "Moulin Blanc", further east:
Tel. +33 (0) 2 98 02 20 02 Fax : +33 (0) 2 98 41 67 91 E-mail : moulinblanc@marinasbrest.fr

The website for both: P o r t * * d e * * P l a i s a n c e * * d e * * B R E S T

If no berth is available, depending on the wind, I would suggest anchoring either off Roscanvel (in the SW part of the bay) or in L'Auberlach'h (S of Plougastel) or in river Elorn (NE part of the bay, upriver of bridge).
