Burgee (Club info) Identification

Ahoy,

I'm new to the forums here, but in my research have come across this site. Anyway, I am looking for any information about a club that I have a burgee from to catalog for my club. The name of the club is on the burgee, but I haven't been able to find anything about it. I'm thinking it is probably a defunct club. The name is Flat Fox Cruising Club. I'm attaching a picture. We have other burgees from defunct clubs, but I had a city or state to go with it, and was able to find old newspaper articles, etc. I've tried using " ", +, -, etc. in searching google, even an image search, and searched the main burgee/flag websites, but have come up with nothing.
