Fishing licenses while cruising in Florida, Bahamas and Caribbean

We are currently in Florida and about to start cruising the Caribbean for the next 9-12 months, starting from Bahamas end of November or December.

We like trolling a line while sailing and catching whatever we can. What kind of licenses will we need? Do we get a license for every state or country starting with Florida?

in the Bahamas you get a fishing license with your Cruising Permit.

Not sure about Florida, but I would think you need a license for each State.
