Sail Brisbane to Melboure Jan 2013?

Very random. I am in Brisbane over New Years 2013 and thought I would find a novel way to get back to Melbourne as we are in no rush. So was wondering if anyone is sailing/cruising this route at the start of January. Happy to be a deck hand, passenger, guest or whatever, also would be willing to pay. I am travelling with my girlfriend and we both have no experience in handling large vessels. I've hired the odd boat for recreational fishing but that's about it. We are juts a couple of 30 year olds looking for something different.
