San Blas, Mexico

Well, we are in San Blas, Mexico for the day. We are on our way to La Cruz and stopped for the night here. What a neet town! So far, we love it here. Looking froward to La Cruz to meet the crew of Totem.
The kids are enjoying it so far - we will try to get them to the beach soon!

Brings good memories

You might want to check out the anchorage at Chakala, just a few miles south of San Blas on your way to La Cruz. Good beach and good palapa cafes.

If you're still in San Blas and you're in Matachen Bay, please stop in at Restaurant Albatros (right on the beach) and tell the owners Carmen and Pepe that Steve and Janet from Grey Max say "Hi!" and that we think of them every day.

They're great folks.

Chacala was probably the neatest place on the whole Mexican Pacific Coast in my experience. The Palapa food was the best and the place like a turn back in time. Hope making this comment does not spoil it. It is a vacation spot for the locals.
