Yup, right up to the time you get a jelly wrapped in the 'nads. Then it'll be "NEVER AGAIN!" Been there, done that! When it starts to heal, you'll look like the dog dragging his butt on the floor, scratching the itch. Folks'll think you got "bugs".

LOL

Here's one - cruising on a Hobie Cat - 40nm out to the nearest island. We were the only beach cat going (lazy fleet) and this was before we bought a yacht; but we were meeting up with yacht fleet on the island....

Anyway, Marc sets off in a wetsuit. Doesn't bother wearing anything under, since this is Nvember, so it's not going to be warm enough to take wetsuit off. Yeah right. So a few hours later, we're sailing along - I'm in my swimsuit, he's in the nuddy. We pass a small fishing boat. They stare. They up anchor. They sail past us again. The drop anchor in front of us so we sail past them again.

Marc said it was because they've probably never seen a sailing boat before.

This would all depend on who is nude. I would take offense to Rosie O'Donnell and her group of look-a-likes sailing within my view.

Just got back from the Bahamas about a month ago. While down there we had a interesting experience.
Met up with a bunch of boats that were on their way back to the world (US & Canada) and had stopped in Georgetown for a few days. The girls all decided to do some beach walking, shell collecting, and what ever else girls do when the guys aren't around.
When the wife got back, she was smiling more than usual so after some proding she finally told me that they had shucked their clothes and had gone swimming during their walk. There were no tan lines on any of them.

The next day,, we all went for a walk.

Now you know.
When you aren't around, we go skinny-dipping.
Then when we get home, we have pillow fights.

This may be one of the most terrifying things I've read.
When I've forgotten a suit, I just hop in in shorts & teeshirt. Works fine; hubby likes it so much he doesn't even own swim trunks.
Also, there are places I just don't want sunburn OR sunblock.

From Sailing Nude thread

i would really love to try it, even just tanning or skinny dipping, the problem is there is always someone from my family i sail with, usually my stepbrother. hopefully i can gain enough experience to go out on my own without having someone there lol.

No kidding! I got stung on the lip once and had to end a dive. Stung so bad I could barely keep the regulator in my mouth. I can't even imagine "that".

On the other hand...

I'm surprised a bunch of up tight Americans haven't complained about the moral ethics of it. Yes I'm from the USA and happily admit I enjoy the naturalist life style.

We don't call our boat 'Skinny Dippin' just out of the clear blue sky.
