Hi. We were getting ready to purchase one in the near future. Just a few questions as this is tempting.

Do you have anything from RM re the service (not sure what they do or why they did it). Is it a MKII or the previous model? Does it come with any extras (prefilters, TDS meter, etc.). Can you update with status of membrane as well?
