Here are the 50a adapters for the pigtails. Two different plug types as one is 125v 50a, and the other is 125/250v 50a. I don't have any photos handy for the 30a side of the pigtails or the shore power cords but they're just standard 125v 30a. Hope this helps.

Ok that is somewhat useful. Assuming these are used, the reason for the photos was to assess condition of the plugs/receptacles.
