For Sale: 8 x 400ah LifePo4 Cells in Case

I have a set of 8 x 200ah LifePo4 cells (which I think are CALB) that are installed in an aluminum case with bus bars in a 4Sx2P configuration for a total of 12v/400ah. The case's size is 432*266*254mm, and it weighs about 38kg (85lbs). The cells were never used.

The unit/pack originally had a built-in BMS inside the case which went bad during installation. The manufacturer declared the cost to ship the unit back for repair greater than its value, so they sent me a completely new pack under warranty and told me to "dispose" of the "bad" pack.

I am willing to dispose of it to anyone for US$250. I estimate the value of this cells alone is over $600 (I paid more than double that for the pack). I think $250 is a bargain, especially considering the case is IP66 rated and includes a built-in battery monitor with shunt and ANL type fuse (which could be easily removed if you dont want them).

I am in the San Diego area. Based on what I've learned, it really is not feasible to ship these so this is strictly a local pickup deal - possibly I can bring them to LA which I visit occasionally.

Just to be clear, the title is in error - I fubared the title and can't change it now.

There are 8cells x 200ah each in the case in a 4Sx2P configuration which makes a 12v x 400ah battery pack.
