This is a removable rowing seat from an AB inflatable RIB. It fits AB models 8/9/10 VL-VS, 9.5/10AL, and 10UL. It may fit other models and other brands - length is 36", as shown in picture.

The seat came with a dinghy, but was never installed and used. Other than some light oxidation of the aluminum, it is in excellent condition and the nonslip rubber padding is in excellent shape.
