This is the Oberdorfer replacment for the Sherwood G908. This is new, unused, and was a crusing spare on our Catalina 36 Mk2.


PRM 90 D2 gearbox. $700. + Actual shipping
This is a new, in the box gearbox purchased the replace the Hurth ZF 10 in our 2002 Catalina 36 Mk2. It is suitable for other boats with the Universal M35B engine. Purchased from Atlantic Marine Gear Supply, Boston Ma.
It is not a drop in replacement but very close, and a robust replacement for the Hurth gearbox.

I’d hoped that we could use this with our new boat but won’t work. It worked well on our 36 Mk2 and will fit Mk1 & Mk2 Catalina 34 & 36. Most likely fit many other models too. The step folds up and snaps in place while underway

Hi, is PRM 90 D2 gearbox still available?
Do you know if it replaces HURT HBW-100 (connected to Westerbeke Universal M-35)?

Yes the gearbox is still available and it will replace the Hurth HBW 100. Considered to be a more robust gearbox. I PM'd my contact information.
